Current Employment Opportunities Purchasing Manager Under
the direction of the Director of Materials, oversees the management of all
Purchasing personnel and quote coordinators.
Continuously evaluate & access changes or new developments in raw
materials for potential opportunity to reduce costs, inventory levels, and
improve quality. Work closely with
Planning, Program Management, and Stockroom personnel to oversee material availability for
production. Monitor delivery performance and drive
improvement with suppliers. Develop
VMI programs. Disposition
excess/obsolete material. Maintain weekly performance metrics such
as delivery performance, PPV, overstock, and drive improvement
programs. 8 years experience in the
purchasing field required. Prior
contract management experience and Bachelor’s degree preferred. Qualified
