EPE's quality system spans the entire organization and is driven by our continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction objectives. The key components of the quality system include:

- Vendor Management through certification and performance tracking
- "Production ownership of quality" philosophy
EPE's quality resources are deployed in a manner that facilitates accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis. The data is then presented in pareto format that allows us to work on the most critical issues first. Our Corrective and Preventive action processes take over, ensuring root cause and corrective actions are taken, and more importantly, that the corrective action was effective through a series of verifications.
